These olives aren't as sharp or bitter as other olives they have a significantly persistant flavour and they possess a sweetness whih often makes them a good crowd pleaser. You wouldn't normally see these olives pressed into oil but rather as a side dish.

Manzanilla olives are considered the queen of table olives, and they are mainly gown in seville. At the Bernal compnay the olives are selected at origin, due to their high quality, light green nd mild in flavour olives.

The name Manzanilla refers to the appearnce of the olive and translates to the word 'apple' as they resembles small green apples.
