This family winery is currently run by 2 generations and has a further 3 generations of history behind it but they are very much looking to the future. Based in Penedes, Catalunya, the Torres family have dedicated their energy to farming in a "regenerative" way. Harnessing solar power, improving soil health and capturing and reusing Carbon Dioxide emissions as an inert gas are some of the ways that the winery is adopting in order to become a net zero emissions winery by 2040.
A soft, aromatic red, the Vinyarets is fresh and light with notes of pomegranate and red cherry. A great wine to accompany a wide range of foods making it a perfect bottle to share over tapas with friends.
