Bodegas Cano are located in Higueruela (Albacete), a great wine tradition area, situated at 1000 meters altitude, with calcareous and very shallow soils, which results in low yields of selected and high quality grapes.
The wine is made from carefully selected grapes from vineyards over 40 years old, located at 1000 meters altitude. After slow and careful fermentation it remains 18 months in French oak barrels. The wine is complex with minerals and dark fruits combining with smokey notes.
