Ultracomida

Perinet winery is spread across 3 distinct areas with their own micro-climates within the Priorat region - Mas Vell which produces fruit driven wine, Mas del Xel which produces fresh and vibrant wines and Pendents which favours a spicy, warmer wine.

The garnatxa grapes are picked from plots in the south facing are of the Mas Vell area and add a floral dimension to the wine. The carinyena comes from the most steep, north facing slopes of the Pendents region and add a minerality and crispness to the blend. This is a lush, dense, deep wine with complex notes of wild red cherries and seasalt, and silky tannins adding to the length.  A remarkable example of how distinctive Priorat wines can be.
