With a careful selection done over its thousand hectares of fields, Oliznaga EVOO is crafted between the end of October and the beginning of November. The Hojiblanca olives from the Guadalteba region are selected at the perfect time of ripening.
A strong aroma of tomato plant and bitter green almond is interspersed with touches of ripe fruit on the nose. The oil glides down the palate as a smooth, fluid, rich oil infused with almond and wheat notes. An explosive finish of spicy notes concludes this EVOO with a long and intense duration.
