Produced by a small family dairy in the heart of Murcia, this D.O.P. cheese made from pasteurised goat’s milk has a burgundy coloured rind from being soaked in the local red wine and a strong floral and lemony aroma.
Ingredients: Pasteurized Murciana goat's milk, cheese cultures, enzymes, red wine, calcium chloride, animal rennet, sea salt, lysozyme (derived from egg).
Allergens: Milk, Egg Derivative
Where applicable, all our cheeses are packaged in multiples of 250g (approx).
