From the well-known Santamania distilery in Spain comes another interesting gin, this was made. by soaking appes in the spirit before filtering them out and then distilling the spirit.
As well as the main attraction of taste being apple you can expect more of variety of botanicals too this includes; lemon, orange, ginger, cardamom, anise, sunflower, liquoirce, cassa and of course, juniper.
