An exceptional wine with a great expression of tropical fruits and fresh flowers on the nose. On the palete we have marked acidity followed by a silky freshness promoting its fruited flavours. This is in addition to the main character of saltiness. A flavour that has matured from its surrouundings of the sea. A perfect acompaniment to meditranean rices, italian pastas, salads, roast vegetables, semicure cheeses or fresh fish.
This wine is picked at dawn to preserve the dew that refreshes the grape. It has a cold and short maceration and is fermented at a low temperature. This is a young wine that sparkles.
