Located in the historic village of San Vicente de la Sonsierra, Bodega Classica winery is flanked by the rivers Ebro and Sierra de Toloño. Excavated into the side of the mountain, it enjoys an excellent year-round temperature control. The soils in this region are mostly calcareous clay, producing great acidity in the wine.
Classica Grandes Añadas by Hacienda López de Haro is the collection of Gran Reservas that are made with only the best vintages from our winery, aged 36 months in new and used barrels with wood from forests in France and Eastern Europe.
Sweet aromas stand out, with a background of ripe fruit and candied fruits. Notes of hay, cream and vanilla are prominent, complemented by aniseed nuances to reflect a full and lively nose.
