Herpac Melva Canutera 525GR
Melva is frigate Mackerel, a part of the tuna family.
Unlike the conventional melva, the canutera melva is smaller, and its fillets are juicy and delicate, these fillets have been tinned together with the perfect seasoning of salt and olive oil, this allows the distinguishable pink meat of the canutera melva to shine.
They pair perfectly with a good piquillo pepper, or you can simply enjoy them by itself.
