Sandra Bravo is an incredibly impressive winemaker. Sandra works with the highest altitude vineyards in Rioja – with plenty of very old vines, she is hunting out freshness and purity. Having travelled the world and made wines in France, Italy, New Zealand and the USA she has returned to Spain with her eyes wide open and a brave ambition to show the different expressions of Rioja.

Sandra has changed the name of this wine from La Dula to avoid confusion with her other pure Garnacha wine La Dula de Altura.
Tereseño is a single vineyard planted in 1944 at 700 meters. Due to its altitude, limestone soil, and fresh springs, this organically farmed vineyard always gives a pure Pinot-like taste to the Garnacha.
This is fermented and aged in a pair of 300 liter amphorae, so there is no oakiness to interfere with the purity of the fruit. This Garnacha pours into your glass as the purest, most elegant Garnacha you’re likely to find anywhere, with minimal intervention during the wine-making process! Just 600 bottles are made – real ‘craft’ winemaking!
