You get subtle hints of darkfruit and berry aromas, underpinned by citrus-like acidic freshness. You’ll notice long elegant tannins that form a perfect balance to the fruit. Very long and delicate finale after dark fruits, with beautiful freshness.

Hacienda Grimon is run by the Olivans, a family with a long tradition in wine making. Their 25 hectares of vineyards are based in the Valle de Jubera, a secluded and little known corner of Rioja Alta with great viticultural history. Viticulture is organic, but not classified so because a lot of the producers don’t see why they should pay for certification of something they have been taking part in since long before it required certification. They have always done what produces the best flavour wine, and this involves not using herbicides or pesticides, using natural sheep manure and taking part in the highest quality practices.

Returns

Perishable goods: Returns are accepted only if the goods are damaged. You must contact us no more than 24 hours after receipt. You will need to return the item in its original, complete packaging. If the item has not been returned to us in its original condition we may refuse to accept the return. The original delivery documents will also need to accompany the goods, along with a receipt for the postage paid for returning the goods, if we are to issue a refund. Non-perishable goods: You have a right to return them during the cooling-off period of 14 days, regardless of the condition of the goods. You will still need to follow the above requirements of returning the item in its original, complete packaging.
