Produced using traditional methods, and utilising three different milks, this blue cheese is a particularly fine find for any cheese enthusiast. Produced by Queso de Pria, this cheese has garnered an excellent reception throughout its native Asturian community, not only for it's traditionalist creation, but also the pleasurable (slightly smoky) taste it imparts and the creaminess of the cheese itself.
This unusual blue cheese has the addition of hot paprika to give the paste an orange colour and adds a warm spicy note to the taste.
