These cheese pearls with a delicious fig jam centre are absolutely fantastic. Creamy and sweet, it is delightfully satisfying just as a snack but would be equally at home as an accompaniment to a salad.
Ingredients: Cheese (92%): Pasteurised cow's (min. 60%) and goat's (min. 20%) milk, salt, rennet, preservatives (potassium sorbate) and lactic ferments. Fig Jam (8%): Black fig, sugar, thickener (carrageenan) and acidulant (citric acid).
May contain traces of nuts, salmon and sulphites.
