It’s new, it’s friendly, it’s open at last, it’s Curado - the latest addition to Cardiff’s lively food-scene. Whether you feel like dropping in for a glass and a bite or like to linger with friends over dishes for sharing, Curado is set to become Cardiff’s most convivial gathering-place.
There are no rules: drop in for breakfast, unwind at midday, take a leisurely lunch, grab a bite at the end of the day, relax among friends (or just yourself) over an evening.
Not only will you find fabulous food at Curado (hot news: basque inspired pintxos made fresh every day) and delicious drinks, you’ll discover a menu that reflects a region known throughout Spain for the excellence of seafood harvested from the long rocky coastline, well-flavoured beef and tender lamb raised in lush mountain pastures – as well, of course, as the finest cured-pork products and cheeses.
We source all our products direct from the producers (fresh foodstuffs are local, naturally), travelling the length and breadth of Spain, searching out the perfect recipes for our menus, consulting artisan cheesemakers, vintners and ham-curers on how to present their products (with simplicity and honesty, what else?).
